Refunds & Returns Policy

At Deadly Music, we want you to love what you buy from us. If something’s not right, don’t stress — we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Physical Products (Merch, Gear, etc.)
Changed Your Mind?
No problem. If you decide something isn’t for you, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

You need to let us know within 14 days of delivery

The item must be sent back within 14 days of contacting us
Return postage is usually covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Once we receive the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that’s on us.
We’ll offer:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement, if you prefer
We’ll also cover any return postage costs. Just get in touch with your order number and a quick description of the issue (photos help but aren’t always required).
Digital Products (Downloads, Music, Files)
Because digital products can be accessed instantly, we can’t offer refunds once a download has started, unless there’s a technical problem.
By purchasing digital content from Deadly Music, you agree to give up your right to cancel once the download begins (this is allowed under UK consumer law).
If something doesn’t work properly or you can’t access your files, contact us — we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
Items Bought from Third-Party Websites
Sometimes we link to other websites or online stores on deadlymusic.co.uk, where you might buy products or services.
If you buy something through one of these links, please note:

Your purchase, payment, delivery, and returns are handled directly by the third party

Deadly Music does not control these transactions and can’t process returns or refunds for these items
